Fremont Karate studio promotes self-discipline, self-control, and self-respect

Rosenbach Warrior Training Branches (RWTB) is a karate school located at 522 North Main Street in downtown Fremont. RWTB has been training children, teens, and adults for over 40 years. The dojo offers a variety of classes for kids and adults, such as Weapons, MMA, Hapkido, Ninjutsu, Juniors’ Class, Adults’ Class, and Little Dragons’ Class. Kids from the ages of 4 to 8 can participate in Little Dragons. This class teaches kids basics in self-defense and helps them grow in their self-confidence. Anyone too old to join that class gets the chance to participate in the 3 Juniors’ classes throughout the week. At RWTB, it takes around three years, and a 1,000-word essay, to receive your black belt in most styles. After going through that 3-year process, you are able to continue promoting and can gain titles like ‘black belt instructor’ and ‘advanced black belt.’ The students are taught by various instructors: James Rosenbach, owner, Jessie Kiefer, weapons, Mike Rasch, Hapkido, Jake Kiefer, MMA, Colton Decker, advanced weapons, and Angelee Rump, juniors’ Friday class. Even if they don’t take their classes, the students are sure to see the instructors helping in other classes and often participating in them themselves. RWTB has many locations around Nebraska, such as Elkhorn and Wahoo, and even a school in Missouri. Regardless of location, students at RWTB all are taught how to be better people. One of Mr. Rosenbach’s main goals is to help his students grow to be the best they can possibly be. The children are taught multiple codes they can recite to help them remember this. The most stressed of these codes is the Three Disciplines. Every black belt knows this one by heart because of the countless times it has been stressed to them by the leaders of the school. The Three Disciplines are Self-Discipline, Self-Control, Self-Respect. If you are interested in joining the RWTB family, don’t be hesitant to visit the dojo, the best time being from 5-6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, or to talk to one of the students that go to RWTB at Bergan as they can answer many of your questions.
